How it Works

The Nucleos Learning Profile is built into AchieveDXP. As learners complete courses, earn certificates, or gain credentials through any connected program, those verified achievements are automatically added to their personal Learning Profile.

Each profile becomes a secure, portable record learners carry through life transitions such as moving schools, changing jobs, entering workforce programs, or supporting reentry services.

Learners continue adding certificates from other providers, building a lifelong record of progress. They control who sees it, and can share with employers, colleges, agencies, or community organizations. For institutions, the profile delivers real-time visibility into outcomes while preserving learner ownership.

The Learning Profile is just our first step. The next, Career Coach:  a new component that turns verified learning into action. With the profile as its foundation, Career Coach will help learners chart their next steps, close skill gaps, and connect to meaningful opportunities.
