iT1 Nucleos Privacy PolicyThis privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their personally identifiable information ("PII") is being used online. PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. What PII do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website, app, or use the iT1 Nucleos platform (our site)? When do we collect information? We collect information from you when you register on our site, create an iT1 Nucleos account, place an order through our site, subscribe to the iT1 Nucleos platform, request a demo, contact support, or otherwise enter information on our site.

How do we protect visitor information?We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.We use regular malware scanning.Your PII is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order or accesses the iT1 Nucleos platform to maintain the safety of your PII.All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do we use 'cookies'? Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart or maintain authenticated sessions in the iT1 Nucleos platform. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. This does not include website hosting partners, cloud infrastructure providers, and other parties who assist us in operating our website and the iT1 Nucleos platform, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe such release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Third party links: We do not include or offer third party products or services on our website.Google's advertising requirements can be found at: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/1316548?hl=en.We use AdRoll Advertising on our website. AdRoll, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. AdRoll's use of the pixel enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. How does our site handle "do not track signals"? We honor "do not track signals" and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Does our site allow third party behavioral tracking? We allow third party behavioral tracking.

COPPA: When it comes to the collection of PII from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.We do not specifically market to children under 13, and iT1 Nucleos is not intended for use by children under 13.

CAN-SPAM Act: The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.We collect your email address in order to:send you information related to your iT1 Nucleos account, transactions, and platform updates;respond to inquiries and provide customer support; andsend marketing communications where permitted.To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM we agree to the following:If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence.California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)This section is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the regulations promulgated thereto, each as amended, including pursuant to the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA). Do-Not-Sell or Share Rights. California residents also have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their PII by us. As noted above, we do not currently "sell" or "share" PII about California residents, including those that we know to be under 16 years old.Limit Use and Disclosure of PII Right. California users also have the right to direct us to limit certain uses and disclosures of their PII, which go beyond those specifically authorized pursuant to the CCPA. However, as stated above, we do not use and disclose PII about California users beyond these authorized purposes.

Submitting Request to Know/Access, Correct, and Delete. Pursuant to the CCPA, authorized agents may also submit a verifiable request on behalf of another consumer for whom they have been duly appointed.
