Stronger Together: Reflecting on Our Webinar Partnership with COABE

At Nucleos, we believe meaningful change happens when organizations work together with a shared purpose. That is why partnering with COABE for our recent webinar, “One Person. One Plan. Many Partners.”, was such an important opportunity.

The webinar brought together educators, corrections professionals, workforce development leaders, and reentry advocates from across the country for an engaging discussion focused on personalized pathways to success. The turnout exceeded expectations, and the level of interaction throughout the session showed just how important this conversation is to agencies and organizations working to improve outcomes for individuals on a second-chance journey.

During the webinar, we explored a simple but powerful truth: no two individuals have the same story, needs, or goals. Because of that, a one-size-fits-all approach to education and reentry support often falls short. Real progress requires personalized plans that bring together the right tools, services, and partnerships around each individual.

Using the Nucleos platform as an example, the discussion highlighted how education, career development, mental health resources, soft skills training, and reentry support can work together in one connected ecosystem. When organizations collaborate instead of operating in silos, individuals receive more consistent support and clearer pathways forward.

Our partnership with COABE is especially meaningful because of the organization’s continued leadership in advancing adult education and lifelong learning opportunities. Together, we share a commitment to helping learners build confidence, develop skills, and create sustainable futures both during incarceration and beyond.

One of the most rewarding parts of the webinar was hearing directly from attendees through questions, comments, and shared experiences. The conversation reinforced the growing need for solutions that are flexible, collaborative, and focused on the individual rather than the system alone.

If you were unable to attend the live session, we invite you to watch the full webinar recap video above and learn more about how connected partnerships can transform outcomes.
