One-Size-Fits-All Doesn’t Work

There is no one-size-fits-all path to reentry success. That is why Nucleos gives agencies choices.

If you work in corrections or reentry, you already know this:

  • No two learners are the same.
  • No two facilities are the same.
  • And no single program solves every need.
  • Some learners need GED prep.
  • Some need job-readiness skills.
  • Some need college classes.
  • Some need career training.

Most need a mix of all of the above.

Today, Nucleos supports more than 15,000 learners each year, across 40+ sites in 11 states. The platform supports 180+ integrated providers and is built for correctional education, workforce development, and reentry planning.

Reentry success takes more than one app

This is one of the biggest things that makes Nucleos different.

Nucleos does not try to force every customer into one narrow path. Instead, AchieveDXP supports a large network of approved partners and connected apps so agencies can build the mix that works best for their learners and their local goals.

What we have found out: That agencies are not locked into a single content source. They can choose the mix of academic, workforce, and reentry tools that best fits their learners.

What this looks like in the field

In the Wyoming Department of Corrections, Nucleos reports a 4–5x increase in participation and a 10x increase in certifications earned. The platform provides access to more than 35 approved tools, and teachers and administrators can track student progress and reentry readiness in one central dashboard.

In Florida DOC / MTC, AchieveDXP supported secure classroom instruction for vocational, GED, and reentry training across three facilities. Nucleos reports strong engagement, industry-recognized credentials, and students building working websites within weeks in one pilot program.

In Hawaii, Nucleos is supporting a systemwide rollout for adult education, vocational training, and postsecondary partnerships through secure classroom labs.

At Nucleos, we believe reentry success should not depend on a one-size-fits-all model.

It should be built around real learners, real programs, and real local needs.

That is why we continue to grow a secure ecosystem of education, workforce, and reentry partners — so agencies can create more pathways forward for the people they serve.
